Your Role:
- Guide Families with Compassion: You’ll be the calm, comforting presence that families need when making some of life’s hardest decisions. Your role is to listen, empathize, and provide expert care that allows pets to transition peacefully.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Walk families through aftercare options and grief support with sensitivity and understanding. Your thoughtful communication will provide them with the clarity and comfort they need during a difficult time.

- Personalize Care for Every Pet: No two pets or families are the same. You’ll use your expertise to tailor end-of-life care, ensuring each pet receives the dignity and peace they deserve.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary with Bonus Opportunities: Enjoy a steady income without the stress of production quotas. Plus, earn additional bonuses for extra services. We also offer a signing bonus to welcome you to the team.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Create a schedule that works for you, with 36-40 hours per week (approximately 18-20 appointments) to balance your personal and professional life.
- Travel Stipend: We cover your travel expenses so you can focus on your patients.
- Healthcare Contribution: We contribute monthly to your individual healthcare plan to ensure your well-being.
- Licensing & Certification: We cover all licensing costs, including specialized certifications like Peaceful Euthanasia (CAETA) and Fear Free Certification, should you desire them.
- Continued Education: We provide an annual stipend for continued education, so you can keep growing and stay at the forefront of veterinary care.

Who We’re Looking For:
- DVM or VMD Degree: 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
- Licensed & Ready: Valid DEA and state licenses, a driver’s license, and the ability to lift specified weights.
- Reliable Transportation: You’ll need access to an SUV or equivalent vehicle to travel to your appointments.
